The house is equipped with all the comforts of home: cable TV, Wi-Fi, laundry, heat/AC, pull out sofa, appliances, fenced yard, rear deck with grill, covered front with ample outdoor seating, & beach chairs, etc. The property is located within walking distance to many local amenities: beach bars/restaurants, parks, & Bennett State Beach.

Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
