Overall very good and a much better location than most others. The place is a quite small but you are absolutely paying for the location which is walkable to the CN Tower and close to at least 2 streetcar stations. Overall, had all the amenities listed and a very communicative host.

We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

I was forced to book a 2nd property last minute after another host accepted our reservation request despite not being able to accommodate the check in time needed (early/immediate). The initial host charged me for their apartment before informing me that they couldnt allow for the early check in that was specifically mentioned during booking, thus rendering that reservation basically useless. I decided to put my faith in Air BnB to recover the funds for me, and focused on securing last minute accommodations with a host who was able/willing to work with our need to check in more or less that very moment. Thats when I found Cecilia's apartment. It came with a free parking space which was a huge bonus, and was just steps from my orinigal booking (exactly where i needed to be). I reached out to her directly without initiating any reservation, and Cecilia respon promptly. She invited me to come straight away and sent check in instructions just as quickly. Cecilia was fantastic! Thanks!!

Rhuland's place was exactly what we needed! We were attending an event nearby and it was perfect. So clean and comfortable! In a nice and quiet neighbourhood as well so if you want a place that isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to it to be convenient, this is the place for you.

It was my first time staying in an air bnb and Emelda’s place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, everything was perfect. the place just felt like home. She’s very friendly, easy to communicate with and often checked on us if we needed anything, I recommend Emelda’s place to everyone looking to rent an air bnb in the area.

We had a great stay at Terry’s place, it was exactly as described and the location worked well for us. There were some drinks in the fridge and some snacks left on the counter which we thought was a nice touch, also the bed was very comfortable. Terry provided clear instructions for us and was a pleasure to communicate with. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Great place and lovely host. The only small thing was that we could hear them upstairs quite a lot, perhaps they have wooden floors but that l’s a very small thing. Great host and fab apartment.

Mo is a wonderful host and his property is very nice, clean and functional. We stayed there a few nights and it was a very comfortable stay. Property does need a little bit of TLC but it shouldn't influence your decision to stay, Mo is available throughout to answer/resolve any issues promptly. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

The unit was as described in the ad. Very clean and well maintained. The host followed up to ensure we were checked in ok and she always responded in a timely manner. .

Taslim is a nice and responsive host. Can tell she cares and would like to bring guests a good experience. Place is clean, would appreciate if door can be opened more easily and less fake flowers with glitters. Overall a satisfying stay, thanks!

Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, extremely clean and well kept. I would recommend staying at Nush's to anyone, well worth what i paid.

This is our second time staying here, and Arti's place was perfect for our group of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. The Beltway proved to be a wonderful alternative to walking on icy sidewalks our first evening and had a wonderful peaceful ambiance as opposed to roads and traffic. The place is exactly as advertised and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Short walk from West Queen West, fabulous neighbourhood with great variety of bars, restaurants, shops. Clean, comfortable space with nice amenities. Mathew is very responsive and attentive to detail. I would definitely return to this place when back in Toronto.

Our stay at Kevin and Kayla's house was a 10/10. The house was very clean, tidy, and equipped with the best appliances and tools. Impeccable, like a 5-star hotel. Everything worked perfectly: heating, internet, appliances. Additionally, there was coffee, cookies, and other courtesy amenities, which is greatly appreciated when you arrive early in the morning! Kevin and Kayla were the best hosts. Always available and attentive. They provided flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which was essential for us due to our flight schedule, as we were traveling from abroad. 100% recommendable!

The Icon apartment was perfect! It was just as described, super clean and had everything we needed, including thoughtful additions like a hair dryer in the bathroom and fans in the closet in case we needed them. TV had all the right apps, you just have to sign in with your own account and we were able to watch all of our movies/streaming services. The gym was excellent, and very large. There is also a sauna and hot tub on gym level. When you add in the included parking space with the ability to go in and out (which we did often), you have a great value for a fantastic spot. Apartment is walking distance to the Rogers Center. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and only had to walk two blocks to get there. Given the fact that they closed off all the surrounding streets, this was an unbelievable benefit! The owner was very proactive and responsive - made sure we had everything we needed, parked in the right spot etc. Highly recommend! Thank you Kinh!

My 7 year old daughter and I flew in to Toronto for Taylor Swift's ERAS concert. I can not say enough about the location. The Rogers Center is right across the street- we could watch the line up at our gate and then head over when there was no line. Amazing view of Rogers Center and CN tour. We walked everywhere the entire time- CN Tower, Ripley Aquarium, Convention Center for the Tayl-gate party and could easily rest at the condo in between activities. The condo was super clean. The bed was SO COMFY! Fully stocked kitchen. My mom came to visit us for a night from Windsor and Oron was extremely responsive to my request for parking. He got us set up right away. I would 100% stay here again for an event!

Excellent location. Very spacious condo, clean, well-appointed, great view in a safe neighborhood walkable to a lot! Great details - good water pressure, soft beds, extra pillows, wine opener. Paul was a great communicator and host. Don't hesitate to book!

Great place - super convenient for downtown Toronto. I came for a business trip but it would also work great for leisure, entertainment etc. Roman was very accommodating and communicative, particularly given my flight got in late. Would recommend.

Syed’s place is absolutely beautiful and he was a pleasure to communicate with — I couldn’t recommend him or his apartment more highly. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the view of the CN Tower is stunning — even better than the photos. The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
