With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Centrally located in Hillcrest and close to the N3 freeway. •Quiet hours from 10pm onwards. •No visitors allowed. •Strictly no smoking in apartment or open flames. •Room serviced at end of stay only, unless on special request at an additional minimul fee. Margaret's Place

A one bedroom flat with separate bathroom. 2 single beds which can be joined together if need be. Simple but comfortable. Bathroom has a shower - small and clean. Parking in the driveway directly outside the flat entrance. Flat is along side a family home and guests are welcome to join us in the garden and use the pool with prearranged permission.
