You will get hands on learning how to make a really good sausage, developing your own recipe and taking them home to enjoy with friends and family. The sausages you make will be very natural, clean label bangers that will taste better than anything you can buy in a super market. You won't look back. You will not need any prior experience to undertake this course. The course is hands on. Please note we do not have wheelchair access.

All equipment for the course is provided. This includes, meat, ingredients, utensils, aprons, refreshements and nibbles.

You will need to bring a cool bag or cool box to take away your hard earned efforts home with you.

Courses take place in our workshop kitchen. Our Garden will provide all the herbs we need to make beautiful flavoursome sausages.
