Qué harás

Get on a bike and explore with us the local hangouts and lifestyle of Quebec City!

This ride is all about the nature & neighbourhoods beyond the Old Quebec core, and the whole experience feels like you are on a casual ride with a local friend that loves telling stories. We keep the groups sizes small for a more intimate, personalized experience.

This off-the-beaten-path tour covers hip neighbourhoods, a riverside bike route, the brand new public farmer's market, the Old Port & the St. Lawrence River.

Everyone has been loving our included Norco Scene bikes - they are super comfortable and so much fun to ride - we both now use these as our personal bikes!

If you've never taken a bike tour before, you are more than welcome. We stop every 10-15 min or so to hear local stories & info, check out public art, or snap photos.

Join us and our team to see more of Quebec City in less time - by bike!

We are Shea & Diego and we'd like to introduce you to our company Fitz Tours. We offer 3 highly-rated experiences led by ourselves and the "Fitz Family" - this means you may be helped out by Veronique or Christian and hosted by one of our passionate locals! They all have unique, friendly characters and are world travellers themselves.

We've all combined our passion and knowledge to offer top-notch bike & walking experiences here in Quebec City - the kind we look for when we go traveling ourselves. We keep the groups small, the content upbeat, and hope you leave feeling like you were hosted by a 'friend for the day' - or longer.

We'll show you the best art, architecture, urban development, nature, and local events & festivals, but we also aren't afraid to show you the grit, imperfections, and realities of what living in Quebec is like!

Donde estarás

We begin exploring St. Jean Baptiste and its unique housing, then head downhill to St. Roch, a former working class turned hip 'hood with some street art murals. We'll then head to the St. Charles River and ride the nice bike path towards Limoilou, the most charming residential area in the city and home to the new Grand Marché farmer's market.
After the break, we'll cross back to the Old Port and ride along the St. Lawrence River!

Our host, Nicolas, seemed to have deeper personal understanding on Quebec city in a sense of its culture and history. Biking was not as difficult as we thought it would be though returning was sweating due to hills. One of wheels got flat on the way back, but Nicolas dealt with it smoothly. We hoped to go and experience something outside of old Quebec, and this will be a great choice for those who like us.

Nicolas (I hope that was his name, sorry) was an excellent tour guide. Some of us had a few trouble spots on the hills and he was very patient with us. Often stopping to fit in a story as we caught up to the group. His knowledge of Quebec city and the surrounding areas were great. The bike was very easy to ride as well. Save some in the tank for the way back.

Bicycle tour of Quebec was a perfect way for us to spend a sunny autumn afternoon in this beautiful city. Nicolas is a very knowledgeable host, we felt like we spent the whole day riding around the city even though it was only 3 hours. We had a few breaks to hear about neighborhoods and landmarks, we rode up and down the winding paths all around the central part of Quebec. This allowed us to have some exercise and at the same time to see the city from the angles we have not been able to see before. The bikes are really comfortable and easy to ride. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to (re)discover Quebec! Thank you Nicholas!

This was a trip well worth taking. Beyond a great bike ride, the insight into the history and landscape was incredible. I didn’t realize how hilly the city was. Although we covered a lot of territory, it was well paced with stops where we learned and rested. I know I couldn’t have done this in my own. Nor would I ever have seen or experienced the city like a local the way we did on this trip. We really liked his personal touch.

This will be a highlight of our trip to Quebec. It genuinely felt like we were on a bike ride with a friend who also happened to be a history buff. It was a very unique and LOCAL experience. Forget the recorded voice taped walking tours, do this instead.
