Characterful 2 bed cottage in excellent location

A charming cottage overlooking a babbling, nature-rich brook. Full of character, this peaceful cottage boasts a cosy living room complete with woodburner, underfloor heating and exposed beams, a fabulous kitchen and a stylish bathroom. The cottage is in a superb location with top-class restaurants, the magnificent Chatsworth Estate and truly stunning local walks right on the doorstep. Bikes can be stored in the rear yard making this cottage an ideal base for foodies, cyclists and walkers alike.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Nestled in the centre of Eyam, this spacious cottage is steps from the Miner's Arms, Eyam Hall, 3 local cafés, a museum and local shop. Once part of Eyam's historic pinfold farm, the Captain's House is now a lavish family home, which perfectly intertwines history with modern luxury. Outside is a courtyard garden which sits on top of an underground river.

Tucked away in a peaceful location above the lovely village of Tideswell, West View Cottage is the perfect base to relax and explore the beautiful Peak District. Newly renovated, this self contained, cosy annexe is a light and welcoming space with its own entrance at the back of our family home. It has beautiful views across the valley but is within a short walk of excellent pubs, restaurants and cafe. Walking and cycling from the door or a short drive to all the Peak District attractions.

Sleeping on a cloud under Curbar Edge. Take it easy at Jack's Cottage, a boutique 17th century stone built luxurious cottage in the heart of the Peak District. Enjoy a soak in the hydrotherapy hot tub or cosy up in front of the log burner. Located next to the historic well in the centre of the village with a fully fenced private garden, bring your dog along to explore amazing walking and cycling from the doorstep. Fern Cottage Foolow Near to Eyam. Dog Friendly

Welcome to Fern Cottage, a charming characterful 17th century stone built lead miners dwelling with its exposed beams and original grit stone fireplace. Located in the picturesque village of Foolow in the centre of the Peak District National Park. Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. We warmly welcome well behaved doggies.

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

The Old Stable Block at Bank View Farm has recently been converted into an elegant self-catering holiday cottage with its own private hot tub in a beautiful courtyard garden. The cottage is set in the wonderful landscaped grounds and gardens of bank view farm next to the orchard with its geese and giant tortoises. Set on the edge of the peak district moors with pubs on your doorstep, this is the perfect location for an idyllic rural retreat.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
