It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. Kick back and relax in this stylish rural property which is situated in the garden of our HERTFORDSHIRE home & next to a grade II* listed windmill. It is suitable for both holiday and business stays. Free parking (3 cars max). Perfect for exploring the local Hertfordshire countryside or heading into London or Cambridge–both within easy reach. Both floors have a living area with double sofa bed & kitchen/diner, double bedroom and shower room. Electric car charging available. This is NOT Norfolk!

Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Situated within the beautiful Mill Farm, Mill Farm House is a modern and spacious detached house in a small rural village within east reach of Cambridge city. Completely renovated in May 2022, this gorgeous, large open-plan living space is ideal for groups of friends and families throughout the year. Take advantage of the tranquil surroundings that include a lovely wrap-around garden to relax and unwind. This contemporary house is perfect for creating lasting memories with friends and family.

Beautiful thatched cottage, Barley, Herts

Ravello Rose is a Grade ll Listed thatched cottage in the historic village of Barley, ideal for walking or cycling and close to Cambridge and Duxford IWM. Situated in a peaceful lane ten minutes walk from the village centre and 2 pubs, the property has its own front door, well equipped kitchenette, modern shower and toilet, large lounge diner, inglenook and two double bedrooms. Free parking for one car on our drive. An EV charger can be used for overnight charging. Ask about availability/cost.

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

Delightful barn with free parking on the premises

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)
