Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like you're way upstate - check out the reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest preserve and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

New Paltz dog friendly retreat is a wonderful place to explore the Hudson Valley. 7min drive to downtown New Paltz. 10min to Minnewaska state park & Mohonk preserve. Our very large fenced yard & heated 27ft salt water pool is for your private use during your stay. A signed pool waiver will be required. Heating pool fee is $20 daily. Dog fee $100 per dog. Carolyn whom lives on site in a completely separate studio is there to trouble shoot any issues & keep the pool sparkling clean.

Now open in Winter, but subject to refunded cancellation if Snow makes the driveway unpassable for those without 4 or all wheel drive. This rental is a small cabin in the woods of New Paltz, NY. The cabin sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in the loft and has a pullout couch with a quality queen size mattress. The kitchen is equipped but does not have an oven. Streaming TV and Internet.
