Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a seasonal pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows sheep. There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. They are for sale in the farm store. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house.
