Casa na Colina has 2 houses on a stunning south facing ridge on the edge of The Serra do Caldeirao overlooking the village of Alportel in the historic countryside of the Algarve. Each house can accommodate 2 people and the price is for 2 people in one house. They share the pool. We are surrounded by natural landscape full of beautiful old Vineyards, Olive groves and ancient Cork Oak woods. This is what we fell in love with when we first arrived in Portugal in 2019 and bought Casa na Colina.

Cozy home with outdoor covered terrace, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom & separate toilet. Spacious living, with dining area, work desk space, sofa bed for 2 extra persons to sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 6 pit commercial stove and oven. The thick walls and air conditioning will keep you cool in the summer! In winter, it’s a comfy house with a pellet heater. Enjoy this charming jewel with Moorish accents, looking out over our whimsical gardens & orchards.

El apartamento de 1 dormitorio (para 4 personas) fue totalmente reformado en mayo de 2023. Está ubicado en el paseo marítimo sur de la localidad de Pedras D'El Rei en Santa Luzia, cerca de Tavira. El complejo Pedras D'El Rei está situado justo al lado de la Ría Formosa y de la playa de bandera azul de Barril. Todos los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de recepción 24 horas, piscina exterior con socorrista, pistas de tenis, club infantil, lavandería, supermercado, bar y restaurante.

Ponto de Vista, Monte Dourado, is a spacious, comfortable and bright flat within walking distance of the beaches of Carvoeiro (200m). The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, spacious living room and outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, Carvoeiro and the sea. You can use the five swimming pools. There are also two tennis courts (for rent at the reception). The flat is located near many cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also free WIFI and parking.
