This is a wonderfully convenient place to stay, close to Truro and Falmouth. A short walk will take you to the sea at Point Quay, where you can swim or launch a kayak or boat. There are lovely walks nearby and you can cycle along the Bissoe Trail from here to the north Cornish coast. Mooringside has a courtyard garden which is a real sun trap.

Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Charming and private Annex of an iconic thatched property set in an idyllic wooded creek side location. Direct creekside access to the Falmouth estuary. Lots of tranquil walks and just minutes away from Loe beach with water sports hire and cafe. The National Trust Trellisick House and gardens is around the corner giving access to many varied estuary and coastal walks. The King Harry ferry is just on the doorstep taking you across to St Mawes and the beautiful Roseland Peninsular.

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Truro is a great point from where to explore Cornwall being fairly close to the beach and lovely walks. Also extremely convenient if you are here to work. A real home from home.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
