Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time love the location. House was amazing too cold to swim, but other than that everything was perfect.

This stay was incredible. To experience an A-Frame home on the beach WITH A PRIVATE POOL, was so perfect for our family. Sleeping on the third floor and waking up to the sunrise every morning was so blissful. The amenities (kitchen, bathroom, living areas) were very well cleaned & stocked! Escaping to this home for the week was just the family vacation we needed!

It was a very nice first experience. The home was beautiful, and very clean. Michaela and her husband were also very kind and they were so quick to answer any question I had!

We were here for work and found Konti’s last minute. Thankfully so! This place was great for us, our dogs and our wallets. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. The fenced in yard was very helpful! I hope it’s available when we are back in town soon.

Pool is very nice and clean. And the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

This was my second year staying in Sandra’s house and I was just as satisfied as I was the first time. Sandra’s house Is welcoming and feels just like home. Although I was on vacation, my family and I spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house. Pickleball is still my families favorite along with the pool. Will be booking again for next year! Thank you Sandra for being an amazing wonderful host.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Place was great. Nice neighborhood. Extremely roomy home. Clean and nice kitchen and backyard for grilling/cooking. Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

Great play to stay with plenty of space for everyone. The area is walkable with beaches, food, and groceries all very accessible! Would absolutely stay there again.

My 4-week stay was fantastic! The home is spacious, in a safe gated neighborhood, and designed for comfort. The large kitchen, oversized fridge, and ample living areas made it easy to settle in, while the generous bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The home is well-equipped with a large washer and dryer, a spacious one-car garage with a remote, and cold AC-though the heat worked perfectly on two chilly nights. The location is unbeatable, with a brand-new Publix across the street, CVS and Walgreens within walking distance, and plenty of dining options nearby. Be sure to try Serafina’s Pizza a few miles down the road-the Grandmother Style or Sicilian is a must! Would re-book whenever I’m back in town.
