It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.
