We absolutely loved our stay at Allison’s home! It truly felt like a home away from home. The gas fireplace created the perfect cozy atmosphere, and the walking trail behind the house was ideal for peaceful evening strolls after dinner. Allison was incredibly responsive, and we really appreciated her clear communication and flexibility throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable for the most part. This felt like a great deal for the area. Only 10-15 minute drive from everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely recommend staying here as the critiques we had were pretty minor.

We recently stayed at Megan's house in Reno and had a positive experience. The location was excellent! It was not too far from downtown, and we enjoyed a nice view from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We appreciated the three bedrooms and the comfortable living area. The first night was a bit cold for us because the batteries in the thermostat were very low, causing the temperature to cycle on and off. I bought new batteries and replaced them next day, which resolved the issue. The shower drain in the living room bathroom was blocked at that time, resulting in slow drainage, so we all had to use the shower in the master bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay. Will stay there again^^

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

This was our third and longest stay at Ram's beautiful house. We were here to work on a property clean up and hold a memorial and it was so nice to come "home" at night. The house is nicely stocked so we are able to cook meals instead of eat out every day. Due to us doing a clean up, we had to use the washer and dryer every day and it was so nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes. It was super relaxing every evening where we could unwind after a whirlwind of a day and we were able to have family over for a nice breakfast around a very nice dining table. The house is warm and welcoming and I highly recommend staying here if you have to stay in Dayton. The location is perfect access to everything. The neighbors are friendly and it's great to see kids out riding dirt bikes and having fun.

Had such a lovely stay and enjoyed such a peaceful neighborhood, with such great hosts!! Such a beautiful backyard, overhead shower is such a great way to start your day, the counter in the kitchen is something I dream of. Overall can’t wait to come back !!!

Spacious clean cute place. Awesome big backyard. So peaceful and quiet and easy check in. Also, house was on a nice quiet residential neighborhood. While still being relatively close to all the main areas. Comfy beds, easy to navigate the Netflix and awesome couch. Super kind friendly accommodating and helpful hosts. My brother and I loved having a sweet home away from home to come to after busy days exploring. Very recommended and hope to stay again!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! We had the best time at this ski chalet. Perfect location to enjoy Incline Village and all that Tahoe has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location on the water and near the town and great restaurants. It was so lovely to wake up to the gorgeous lake view from the master bedroom in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

My brother and his family felt right at home from the moment they walked in. Everything was as expected. Susan was a great host. I would recommend this location to any future guests.

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.
