We had a great stay at Janine's yurt. The room has a very comfy double bed and a very modern look. There isn't a bathroom or shower in the room which we were aware of, however Janine had alternative bathroom arrangement prepared for us. Everything was perfect! We had dinner at the outside seating area where deer and turkey just wondered around. The deer is kind of guaranteed as it shows up every day to say hello or to just chill in garden. Amazing experience! It is just a short walk down the hill into town if you need anything. The view is stunning and you can enjoy the swing that faces the valley to get back in touch with the source. Janine is a very sweet and pleasant person. You can just sense she has her heart in the right place and is very generous. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Overall this was a great place for our multi-family birthday weekend. Beautiful scenery, great accommodations for our families needs and no hassles or problems with anything during our stay. The house and bungalow were ideal for our group. The decor, furniture and layout were excellent taste and class and made you feel right at home. The boat launch to the Lake was a few minutes away. Just a great place to stay in all regard. If you're in the market to purchase, this amazing place is available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific home. Perfect a getaway in the country. Everything needed is stocked and walkable to the store and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when in Hunters.

We spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. The home itself was warm and inviting, and it had a beautiful view of Lake Roosevelt from the deck. The path from the cabin to the lake opens up to a wide beach area, which we enjoyed exploring. We also saw a variety of birds while at the cabin and along the lake. The hike back up is a bit steep but manageable, even for little legs. Hauling our things down to the cabin was more challenging, so I would recommend being mindful of how much stuff you plan to pack in and then pack out. This cabin is on our list of places we would like to stay at again. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lake.

Jim and Rori are thoughtful and kind hosts - the communication was excellent. Rori knocked on our door one morning and announced baby goats had just been born. Wow! What a thrill to go see the newborns and watch Rori take care of the momma goat and babies. Rori also allowed us to bottle feed a one month old goat. Jim and Rori have adorable chickens, sheep, goats and three friendly dogs. We were allowed to interact with the animals whenever we wanted. Jim gave us a tour of his awesome wood shop - his talent is amazing. Two of their dogs guided us on a long lovely walk in the snow. The property is quiet and peaceful - the views from the porch and house are beautiful and soothing. When we arrived the frig was stocked with beverages - which was really thoughtful. Jim made sure we had a large pot to make soup and they also left us some delicious candy. This place is a little slice of heaven. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed in the bunkhouse for 3 weeks while we hunted. Everything was great! The hosts were always so friendly and super helpful, especially in helping us get our vehicles unstuck in the waist-deep snow. 😁 Everything was as described and more. It's always a fun experience staying here. Can't wait for next year!
