Spacious, artistic, the studio has an extensive library + woodburner for cosy evenings in. *NO TV* Lovely light and spacious en suite bedrooms with beams. The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. We have lovingly renovated the barn from a derelict over the past 15 years and enjoy welcoming guests. Wolf Moon Yurt available for extra people.

Enjoy walking the public footpaths on our working farm, viewing nature and wildlife up close, whilst making your way to the hamlet of Gwbert, or the spectacular sandy beach at Mwnt. The market town of Cardigan, with its chic cafés, and Poppit with its acres of golden sands is a five minute drive. Relax in our garden, overlooking the Preseli Mountains, enjoying our peaceful locality, or star gazing from the hot tub.

Glenview is a traditional quarryman's cottage located in the village of Cilgerran overlooking the River Teifi with a lovely riverside walk to Cilgerran Castle. A spacious, 3 bedroom house that has a patio and grass terrace with views overlooking the impressive Teifi Gorge. The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. With a cosy woodburning stove and spacious accommodation you can expect a very comfortable stay at Glenview Cottage.

Little School House near St Davids and Coast

Historic stone building with large gothic style windows. The school opened in 1877 and closed in 1982. Ysgol fach is the former infants classroom attached to the main school . Decorated with Annie Sloan paint & lime wash with original flooring in the kitchen and lounge area. PLEASE NOTE; Carnhedryn is a small Hamlet situated on the MAIN St Davids to Fishguard A487 Road. We are situated off the MAIN road and at times there will be traffic noise from vehicles and farm machinery.

Rose Cottage - St.Dogmaels

Tucked away on the edge of the hill overlooking the pretty fishing village of St Dogmaels, Rose Cottage is a cosy characterful cottage packed with comfort & style. Sleeping 6 comfortably there is plenty of choice for bedroom arrangements. One double and one king size bedroom at the front of the property overlook the garden and the village below. A cosy double and bunk room at the back of the house provides an additional two bedrooms should more space be needed.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Cwtch Y Wennol is a beautiful newly converted one bedroom stone-built cottage, situated at the end of a quiet winding lane with picturesque views of fields and woodland. This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The enclosed private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, exposed beams and cosy log-burner make this the perfect year-round retreat.

Salad Days is an original Mudeford beach hut that’s been relocated to a hilltop location overlooking St Dogmaels in Pembrokeshire. Freshly renovated, it’s got a new outdoor kitchen and shower, leaving the inside free for sleeping, sitting and enjoying the oddly mesmeric view of the Teifi estuary.
