Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

My place is a large house in the town centre where all the restaurants and shops are and is only 150-200 metres from the lakefront. Guests enter via our front door but your rooms are downstairs in our B&B space. Miro Street is surrounded by cafe's, pubs, pizzerias, shops, Gelato, the Cinema and supermarkets. Buses to Milford Sound etc. leave from our street. This guest area has two bedrooms. 1 queen bed per room.Each with private bathroom in a quirky 70s-style home.

Sunny warm spacious upstairs apartment with incredible mountain and lake views from the unit and its deck. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as huge 1400m section with large lawn.

The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.
