The Sound features a picturesque location with a sandy beach that although not the greatest for swimming, is great for strolls, picnicking, nature-watching or just enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The natural beauty of this unique beach draws avid birders & professional photographers alike. The property offers 3 pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts and grilling stations.

Quiet Life by the Beach

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The Spa Resort is oceanfront & family-friendly. The villa is 2BR, 2Ba, sleeps 6. Fully renovated condo with enclosed balcony to enjoy the views and sounds of the lagoon and ocean. WiFi, flat-screen TV in the LR and BRs. Heated indoor pool/hot tub, two outdoor pools, tennis courts and fitness center, 24Hr security. MBR features a king bed and BR #2 has queen. Sofa converts to queen bed. The beach is natural and tranquil. Nearby is the historic Mitchelville Freedom Park and the HHI bike trail.
