A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door. Barnhaus on the prairie

Our Barnhaus is a modern retreat in the countryside between Madison and Mount Horeb. We are 9 miles west of Madison and 3 miles east of Mount Horeb. We charge no cleaning fee and we pay your airbnb fees. Our oasis is on a hill with a view out over our 65 acres of prairie. Bring the family dog and walk the trails down to the sugar river creek that wanders through our property. Enjoy the coyotes calling during peaceful, star filled evenings.
