Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

With access to the beach, on-site golf and club house offering a bar and restaurant this beautiful lodge is just perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic break away or a small family who wish to have close access to the beach but with local amenities close by.

Bridlington Links estate consists of an 18 hole golf course , driving range, clubhouse serving food and drinks and gymnasium. Our lodge has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,open plan kitchen/dining and living space and comes with WI-FI , 3 smart TVs with Netflix preloaded and a Google home. Outside we have an extra large decked area with plenty of rattan seating. Bedding and towels provided

Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance. A clean and functioning space for exploring the local coastline and countryside. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.

Perfectly situated near the beaches of Flamborough and Bridlington but ideal for those wanting to relax and unwind. Great for those interested in bird watching and nature.

It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
