Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Beach cottage, 4 mins to sea with spacious garden

A private coastal cottage, ideal for summer. Only 4mins to the sea and 7mins to the springs, it’s tucked away enough to feel secluded yet close to it all. Relax amongst the tea trees. Enjoy the spacious deck, a BBQ and fully-fenced yard. Inside: a well-equipped kitchen, relaxed living area, luxurious beds and a strong, hot shower to wash off the salt and sand. Unwind in peace, but still be moments from beaches, wineries and restaurants. Swim, explore or settle in the garden. Yours to enjoy.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

YOKO Luxury Cabin

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Tarzan’s Lair! Unique and fun holiday home

Bring your lovers, family, friends, pets and toys to experience all the Peninsula has to offer while staying in our architecturally designed Eco Retreat. Our huge outdoor entertaining area/kitchen has a long table for leisurely lunches, bbq, fire pit and hammock hangs. The house is open and bright, with plenty of couches and beds, a pool table, dress up box, disco ball, eclectic art, books, games, herb garden, hot outdoor shower and a composting toilet! Enjoy the private scenic view over the tea trees towards the dunes. Lounge in front of the fire, play some pool or get gourmet with the pizza oven & bbq in the spacious outdoor patio. Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
