The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Fallows Annexe is located in a walkers paradise just up the hill from Symonds Yat and just across the River Wye from the Forest of Dean. Well-behaved dogs/cats are welcome.

Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

Our annexe is a detached converted garage with living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. It has a private entrance with its own patio and outside dining space and beautiful views over the stunning Wye Valley. Plenty of beautiful walks are on the doorstep and there is a village pub, shop, castle and playground less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Peregrine hideaway is at the end of a track, nestled in the ancient and beautiful Forest of Dean with footpaths from the door into the Forest. It is ideal for walking, cycling, exploring and adventuring or just relaxing in the beautiful garden or the woods. You have your own separate entrance and the garden, although situated within ours is separated off and not used by anyone else

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

This is a well equipped studio in the Cotswolds. It's at the end of a singletrack no through road about 1/2 mile from the Cotswold way and at the junction of several footpaths. The nearest towns are Painswick,which is 1 mile away, and Stroud where there is a train station and supermarkets. The studio has a sleeping area with a king size double bed. It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa.
