Wake up to wonderful views Lake Pleasant and take a short stoll down the road or across the lawn to enjoy peaceful views and the perfect bay to swim, kayak, paddleboard or play. The house is a small studio style rental with the basic necessities in a quaint country neighborhood. It is less than an hour from most tourist destinations.

Ductless heat/ air conditioning in living room will keep you comfortable. Baseboard heaters in bedrooms. TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Full kitchen and a fenced yard. Garage door opening is 8' feet-9" inches tall and 83" wide-big enough for all cars and most trucks.
