The award winning Formby beach is just a 20min walk. Formby is great for shopping and eating out with a variety of busy popular bars and restaurants that are well worth a visit. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.

The train also goes to Southport through Birkdale and nearby popular golf courses. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach and Anthony Gormley Iron Men statues.
