This home is set up with two symmetrical bedrooms on each side for a total of 4 bedrooms. A nice living room, dining area and kitchen connect the two sides. This home has recently been remodeled and contains a large driveway with multiple parking spots available.

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful waterfront house. It is located on a canal of the Caloosahatchee River and has direct gulf access and its wonderful beaches to enjoy an excellent vacation. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.
