Featuring open-floor, full size kitchen and living room, two spacious bedrooms and den, equipped with a sofa-bed and desk. The main bedroom features a spa like ensuite with heated floors, and a breath-taking view of the ocean. The place offers a deck, and a large, private, fenced rear-yard for your enjoyment. It has a dedicated driveway and door entrance.

Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
