Charming rural cabin for couples, outdoor shower

Registered number:- HG-00020047. The cabin is 15 m2 and is a hidden nugget in our garden overlooking the fjord opposite Akureyri. The cabin was completed in April 2020. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge. The WC is separate inside with a hand basin. The cabin is private and there is a half wrap around deck to enjoy the evening views and midnight skies. There is an outside shower with hot water for a natural experience. All products in the cabin are fragrance-free.

Láfsgerði is exceptionally well located in terms of day trips to all the most interesting places in the northeast of Iceland; Goðafoss waterfall is a 5-minute drive away Lake Mývatnssveit 20 minutes' drive Húsavík 30 min. Dettifoss 90 min. Ásbyrgi 60-70 min. Akureyri 40 min. Siglufjörður 1h and 40 min.

The house has 6 bedrooms with two 160 cm beds, three 140 cm beds and one 130 cm bed. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two washing machines in the house and two dryers. There is a small stream in front of the house, and the house is located in a beautiful valley with a river. It takes 30 minutes to go to Húsavík, Myvatn, Dimmuborgir and it is 40 minutes drive to Akureyri. 10 people can stay in the house.
