Unique stay at a horse sanctuary

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Franconia Getaway Chalet

The Getaway Chalet is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, family-friendly house close to Cannon Mountain in Franconia. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Whether this is your base for adventure or you plan to stay in the entire visit, Stickney Hill is your special get-away location!

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

Bring your family and friends for a weekend in the heart of the White Mountains, nestled in the woods off a winding dirt road adjacent to the river. The cabin is located across the street from Gale River and close to Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch, minutes from Cannon Mountain and close to multiple other ski mountains, hiking trails, breweries, and many other attractions!

This rustic north country cabin offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for up to 4 guests. It has been renovated with comfortable beds and pillows, new appliances, a toasty pellet stove, a beautiful 75" TV with soundbar and subwoofer for movie nights, ample parking. It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Architect's Brookside Cabin

In Franconia Notch State Park in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this family-friendly generational cabin has three levels and a running brook out back. Built by the owner/architect in the early 1960s, it is located on a secondary road with forest views. Equipped with Wifi, a back deck, Juliet balconies on all levels, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and cooking ware.

Downtown Littleton Studio w/ Scenic River View

Come for the mountains, stay for the charm! This drive-up studio in a converted 1890s Carriage House sits on the Ammonoosuc River in downtown Littleton. Walk to shops and restaurants after a day of hiking, skiing, or biking.
