From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

The Billiards Room

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Serious.

Our Guest Studio is located high up in Arthurs Point overlooking the valley below, with magnificent, unobstructed views over mountains and towards Coronet Peak. Breakfast ( homemade bread) is included. Spacious room, with kitchenette, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle + Sink. No hobs for cooking. Private patio. Quiet, idyllic, with lots of sunshine! 5min drive to Qtown. 15min to Arrowtown. Car parking on premises.
