Beautiful place. I did know it was going to be small, but it was even smaller than expected. I did not love the fact that we had to take all of our trash with us when we left. But other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing! Hot tub was awesome, and star gazing was great.

Really enjoyed staying here. It is quiet and clean and very nicely set up. My only complaints aren't even really complaints, just unexpected... The cabin is pretty close to the road. There is a row of trees for privacy and protection but we expected to be further back. It's on a quaint circle of other cabins, which you can see your neighbors... But they were quiet and it was very peaceful. We also for some reason expected the hot tub to be under a covered patio, which it isn't. There is however some lovely rocking chairs under a covered patio which was very lovely since the first day it poured rain. There are also no chairs to lie out but there are plenty of seated chairs. We anticipated this and brought our own zero gravity chairs with us. The experience was overall very lovely. Beautiful little cabin with all you need. Great movie choices. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the peaceful location away from the city. The front porch, with its two rocking chairs, felt like a little slice of paradise—so calm and ideal for relaxing. The cabin itself is warm, inviting, and perfect for a romantic couples retreat. Laura was incredibly responsive, and her property is truly beautiful.

What a gem! We truly felt right at home and envisioned our future trips back! I am grateful for the clear communication and amenities provided for us since we had our 1yr old. The location is the best and stood out the most. So quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. I am so glad we came across Michael’s place and hope to be back soon!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was comfortable and clean. Loved the art on the walls too. Nice and quiet location but still close to town. The back deck was where we spent most of our time. Hot tub was great. Would totally rent this place again.

The cabin was well furnished with everything we needed. a beautiful little private spot. The bed was very comfortable. Great location close to all the shopping and restaurants we liked. Host was friendly and provided us with useful information about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary and Easter at this beautiful property! We loved that it was secluded and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch deer. One of the special treats…They provide farm fresh eggs, Coke, Coke Zero, hot tea, and coffee. Additionally biscuits & o.j. (When you let them know)! There was a storm that came in and we felt safe, never lost power, and they checked on us to make sure we were ok! We were not focused on tv time or our phones, but internet is limited. The location is secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are games and a dvd player with movies, and books too! The drive is absolutely gorgeous, but it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to Fredericksburg. Which was perfectly fine with us to enjoy time together! The time we spent at the cabin was perfect! You’ll definitely want to grab your bags and reserve your stay now!

This place exceed our expectations! Beautiful views and very quiet. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and they had it ready for us to jump in. Our dogs loved the yard and were not able to get out. We would stay again!

Beautiful retreat a short drive from Austin. My wife and I were looking for a break without needing to go too far from our home in South Austin. 13 Acres Retreat is a thoughtfully designed getaway in an absolutely idyllic location in the hill country. The staff was professional, helpful, and warm. Our favorite part was the abundance of outdoor seating options overlooking the gorgeous views - we enjoyed evening watching the sunset, working out, doing yoga, and hanging out with our dog here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We’ll be back!

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

Loved the quiet and beauty of this little cabin. Close enough to wimberley but far enough you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere.

This was our third time to stay here. As always it’s secluded and quiet. Great amenities and decor. A very relaxing and peaceful getaway for our anniversary!

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

Julie's little red cabin is a delightful retreat! Nestled on nearly 20 acres of stunning oak-filled land, the setting is charming countryside . The cabin itself is cute and cozy while my favorite thing was sitting on the porch at night listening to the wind chimes. Highly recommend this charming getaway for anyone seeking nature and tranquility.

This retreat was just fantastic. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully functional. And I adored the outdoor spaces. The hot tub, fire pit, hammock, outdoor shower, lights in the trees, stars and the feeling of complete isolation were exquisite. The house is also located perfectly between Dripping Springs and Wimberley so that it was easy to go shopping, hiking, investigate wineries.m, distilleries, breweries, etc. And only an hour away you can be in San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg so it’s just a fabulous property. I would LOVE to stay again but longer!!!

I can't say enough great things about Micky and Vicky. They were awesome from start to finish. The day before our stay we found out that the original cabin that we booked had been accidentally double booked. We had originally booked a two bedroom cabin for my wife and I and another couple. Micky and Vicky called us and said that, due to the double booking, they were going to put us in two other cabins. One for my wife and I and one for the other couple. When we arrived and saw that those two cabins were too small for us we called Micky and Vicky. Understanding our problem the quickly offered to trade with us. Micky and Vicky would stay in the small cabin, and they allowed us and our friends to stay in their private 3 bedroom residence. That's right. They allowed us to stay in their own private residence while they loaded up their animals and personal belongings to move to the small cabin during our entire stay. How's that for customer service. They were absolutely the best hosts ever.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Nancy and Charles were friendly and gracious - going out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Nancy made great suggestions for our day in Fredericksburg. She even made reservations for us at one of her favorite restaurants. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. If we are back to the area we would love another stay.

The place was very clean and very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The shower doors were a little awkward and the shower floor was a little slippery but we really enjoyed our stay there. It's conveniently located near Fredricksburg.

This rustic cabin was beautiful, clean., and quiet. Every morning, my husband and I sat on the porch to drink a cup of complimentary coffee while watching the deer, squirrels, birds. We even saw an armadillo! The bath house was very nice. It was clean and odorless. (If you know, you know!) We genuinely enjoyed staying here. 10 out of 10 - would stay again!
