Our second time staying at Susie's House. Location is next to the trail system for our bike riding and great restaurants. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are fully stocked with supplies for whatever you may need for your stay.

Joel and Emily’s cabins were wonderful! My wife and I had a great and restful time on our stay. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kerrville!

Stayed at Music Haus for a weekend getaway and would 100% book again. Gorgeous old school Texas building with country furnishings that made me feel right at home. Hosts are great and responsive and made it a great crash pad after sightseeing and wine tasting all day.

Very cute house and spacious. We had a good time in the hot tub. Location was very close to all the wineries, only minutes away. We will come back with family.

This was by far the best air bnb experience. Everything about this place is perfect. Our cottage was so comfortable, smelled great, very clean, even had the hottub on and ready to go for us. We got to feed the longhorns and enjoy the amenities during our stay. Everything was beautiful about this place. The beds were just as comfy as the other reviews said. We will be back in the future to stay at Vale Ranch. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I had an excellent stay at this charming spot in Fredericksburg. The place was super cute, cozy, and just quick drive from downtown, which made it easy to explore all the shops, restaurants, and wineries. It was the perfect home base for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved the animals and the peaceful surroundings! The farmhouse was nicely decorated and worked out well for our family of four. It's only about a 10-minute drive from everything in Fredericksburg, but is very quiet and out in the country. We'd definitely stay again!

Karen and Mikes cabin was just what we needed for a peaceful weekend getaway. 10 for 10 would highly recommend. Mike met us the first night, showed us in, gave us some very good knowledge of the surrounding area. Had the pleasure of getting to talk to them both at breakfast our last day. Do NOT miss out on breakfast, very much worth it, we did one morning, should have done both mornings we were there. Hot tub was a nice touch, and we throughly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Bed was very comfy and our first night slept listening to the rain on the metal roof, just by luck but was peaceful. Certainly can’t wait for another weekend here. If you’re on the fence of booking, don’t be, just go for it!!!

What an absolute beautiful and quiet place! The cottage is probably one of the best stays I've had. There's a perfect lounge area and fire pit outside. Plenty of room to spend time on the porch or walking your dog (if approved). The cottage has amenities that make you feel right at home. Everything is so squeaky clean, leave no trace and for others to enjoy. plus there are tons of things to do close to town and even across the street from the ranch is the largest wildflower farm in the USA.

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

This was a great place to stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in Fredericksburg for a wedding and it was the perfect size for two people. Is smaller but not near as small as I was expecting, plenty of room for a two person weekend get away! Perfect location to the main strip, it was walkable! Checkin and out was super easy! Would happily come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at this three bedroom home, located across from a small park. It was perfect for the four of us..An easy walk to town.

We have stayed in this place before and just love it every time. host is responsive and great. place is clean and bedsheets always smell fresh and clean. When we visit family there, this is now the only AirBnB we will stay at in Canton Lake. Highly recommended definitely 5 stars

Great location - Close to all the wineries, but far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. This was a perfect spot for a short stopover in town and Leonardo was a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect get away! Kathy was such a gracious host and kept us informed of places to visit and events in town. She gave great instructions on how to find their place and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we neeeded. She even hung a birthday sign because I mentioned we were celebrating husbands birthday! She left us hand feeders for the hummingbirds which was one of the highlights of the trip for us. We loved watching for all the birds on the feeders, walking out to feed the goats, and just having a peaceful place to be! It was a delight to meet Kathy and Wayne. Kathy even went out of her way to help my daughter hold one of the baby goats. We definitely hope to come back again some day! We loved purchasing some of Wayne's amazing metal work! We hope to visit again soon!

Amelia's Sunday House is so cute and comfortable. It has such history and feels like a home away from home. Beds were comfortable, we walked to dinner and wondered around the neighborhood, and had coffee in the back yard. Our dog was very happy with the yard, the treats provided, and the dog bed and bowls. I was so impressed, there were sharp knives in the kitchen! That never happens, I always have to struggle with cutting veggies with dull knives. Oh, go with her recommended restaurants, she won't steer you wrong for sure. Thanks Amelia!

The perfect place for a weekend away! The home had everything my husband and I needed and a great amount of space for two people. The upstairs foosball was a fun added bonus. Located close enough to town for a quick/cheap uber but in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

The cottage was everything it claimed to be and actually just perfect for my family of 5. She had everything you could possibly need. And she was super sweet and responsive to any questions I had. I will definitely stay again as the cute property was perfect. Daughter wanted to go antiquing for her bday and this was more than perfect. She loved it.

Cozy place, ideal for a near but not in Austin getaway with friends. Very clean. New fluffy towels. Peaceful surroundings, however we were there midweek and never saw any neighbors so that may be why. Loved it was pet friendly for our pup. The one bedroom has a door that goes to the fenced in back yard which was super convenient. And the back porch was perfect for morning coffee or just to unwind in the evenings.

We used to live in Boerne and were coming back for a weekend visit so we were familiar with the area. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown, HEB, etc. we really enjoyed the location and my daughter loved the friendly horse and cat! We kept saying “if we ever move back to Boerne, this is where we want to live!” Everything was clean, directions were easy to follow, and Lise was very friendly and responsive! Great stay! Easy in and out. Pricey but on par with comparable bnbs. Not a modern spot but is Charming, quaint, quirky as described. Loved it!

We had arrived to Bandera with another AirBNB booked, however, when we had arrived, it wasn't satisfactory. It was after 8pm and was incredibly disappointing. I immediately started looking for another place to stay, and contacted Colleen about this listing and if there was any chance we could get in last minute. She immediately responded and we booked it. We loaded all of our stuff back up and headed over. She greeted us and was incredibly accommodating. The place was pristine clean and PERFECT. This quaint little place had everything I want in an AirBNB. We have a sleep number bed at home, and we were surprised to find the king bed was a sleep number!!! We will definitely be back! And FYI... if you have dogs (we didn't have ours with us) they have a wonderfully fenced yard, a dog bed, and feed bowls for your pups! Thank you, Colleen, for allowing us to stay last minute.

Best part of a wonderful stay was walking out into the country or down into town or through the historic park land right from the doorstep. Johnson City has a grocery store a liquor store and several restaurants- and is an easy picturesque drive to Pedernales Falls Fredricksburg and marble Falls. We never ran out of things to do or go see or explore. House is very well set up for longer or short stays. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves giving you your space. The deck porch and fire pit are definitely in view of the passing public-you are not in private outside. Quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. Great bird nd wildlife watching.
