Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

Manset is on the "quiet" side of the island and we love being here! Our apartment is situated in a larger building with another apartment upstairs and a commercial space—presently occupied by us. A neighborhood with boat building history and current activity. A short walk down to Manset (rocky) shore. Seawall picnic area is not far away via car/bicycle down the main road as are Wonderland and Ship Harbor trails. Update for 2025: Now with a king bed, desk and washer/dryer combo unit!
