Be one of the first to stay in this new 2024 built, modern second story garage apartment! This spacious 1 bedroom 800sf loft has 10ft ceilings throughout. Just outside of Locust, nestled back in the woods, it gives the feel of being in your very own Treehouse! You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, queen size bed, custom designed closet, double vanity, walk-in shower and full-size washer/dryer. Large private deck, grill, fire table and seating area. Extended stays welcome.

Cowboy Quarters

Come experience the true cowboy lifestyle on a 125-acre​ working farm and petting zoo. Wake up and look outside to a beautiful stocked pond and enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch while listening to the sounds of the farm. The farm has 3 stocked ponds so bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte.
