It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. Feel the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom one single bed has stairs to the attic room, no door. attic room has 2 single beds and a 6th person is a mattress on the floor A wooden, well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.

A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. The location: A beautiful Grade 2 listed 18th century property situated right in the centre of Catherine Hill, the oldest part of Frome. Our beautiful pied a terra is on the corner of Catherine Hill and Stony Street right in the hub of the artisan quarter. With beautiful high ceilings in the living room and floor to ceiling windows in the top 2 bedrooms, every window has a delightful view of cobbled streets and beautiful shops and bars perfect for people watching.
