Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. Amberley House Annexe near the river Mells

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it!

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
