Full kitchen, fast WiFi, Roku tv, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower, grill, fire pit - quiet beach block in Dewey, a short walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. New windows, new HVAC! Great, beachy location for a wonderful, relaxing getaway!

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

It is walking or biking distance (on quiet, quaint streets) to so many delightful natural wonders including the beaches, the canal, the bay, and a nature preserve! Beach Daze is perfect as a couple's retreat or a family vacation! We provide PLENTY of TOYS! 2 kayaks, beach toys, float toys, balls, tennis rackets, etc. for fun

The Artist’s Barn Studio

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

Enjoy every amenity and thoughtful detail in our updated, 200 square foot tiny home in a secluded location one block from Rehoboth Avenue and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Built in 1951 and renovated in 2020, this hidden gem is full of surprise and delight—perfect for a couple’s getaway, a girlfriends weekend, or a private spot to get some solitude or finish that novel. Full linen service included! Guests need to bring their own beach towels.

Two room apartment 2 blocks from downtown Rehoboth

Hanna Cottage is a cozy two-room Garage Apartment that sleeps 4 comfortably. Located only two blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, Hanna cottage is convenient to everything. Sheets, pillow,blanket provided In season (late June&July& August) we rent Sat to Sat. If your dates don't fit our paradigm make an inquiry and we will try to accommodate you. Park the car in the dedicated off street spot in front of Townsand and walk to everything. This light filled home features a designer renovation with exposed rafters, upscale full kitchen, custom bathroom and vaulted ceilings. The sleeping loft makes for a cozy slumber after a day of sun and a night on the town.

Enjoy your ideal vacation in this updated oceanfront studio. Sip your coffee watching the sunrise from the private balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Or, step out the front door to take a dip in the Pool (summer season). This unit is located 3 short blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, right on the boardwalk next to Funland. Guests supply their own linens, sheets, pillow cases, bath & beach towels. NOTE: Check-ins not available Saturday and Sunday due to cleaning schedule.

Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.
