The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Diese große, freundliche Wohnung bietet viel Komfort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sofort im Grünen, aber auch Bregenz und Dornbirn liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten beim Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt das Naherholungsgebiet "Lauteracher Ried" mit einem beliebten Badesee. Die ersten Schigebiete erreicht man in 20 Minuten.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
