Cross Creek - Sweetwater Branch Inn

This is a new Florida Cottage located on the south side of the Sweetwater property. This modern, pet-friendly cottage with a king-size bed, shower and bathtub combo, also features a full kitchen. The Cross Creek kitchen includes a microwave, full refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, oven with a stove top, coffee maker and dishwasher! The Cross Creek kitchen also has a table with chairs next to an optional warming electric fireplace perfect to cozy next to on a cold December day. An extra room is located at the back of this cottage which is complete with a reading chair and a wall of windows. Relax and unwind in this beautiful sunroom! The Cross Creek Cottage has central A/C and heating with a private thermostat, free Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space next to the cottage.

Pleasant Place - Sweetwater Branch Inn

Pleasant Place is located in the new North Florida Cottage. This modern room is pet-friendly with a queen-size bed and has the option of secondary sleeping accommodations. Pleasant Place has a sofa sleeper that can sleep one adult or two small children. This new room includes a microwave, mini-fridge with a small freezer and coffee maker. The bathroom provides a shower and bathtub combo. This room has an additional door to an outside patio complete with patio chairs. Pleasant Place also has the option of adjoining rooms to the new Lester's Place also located in the North Florida Cottage. Pleasant Place has central A/C and heating with a private thermostat, free Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space next to the room.

La Chua - Sweetwater Branch Inn

This is a new Florida Cottage located on the south side of the Sweetwater property. This modern, pet-friendly cottage with a king-size bed, shower and bathtub combo, also features a full kitchen. The La Chua kitchen includes a microwave, full refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, oven with a stove top, coffee maker and dishwasher! The La Chau kitchen also has a table and chairs that overlooks the front yard. An extra room is located at the back of this cottage complete with a reading chair and a wall of windows so you can relax and unwind in this beautiful sun room! The La Chua Cottage has central A/C and heating with a private thermostat, free Wi-Fi, and one reserved parking space right next to the cottage.

Azalea Room at Magnolia Plantation

All rooms inside the main house have TV's, private baths, coffee makers. No children, pets or smoking allowed inside main house. Walking distance to many fine restaurants downtown and Depot Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This historic house was restored in 1991 and the owners live onsite. Breakfast is not a part of your stay. We are license and inspected. The owners live onsite to assure your stay is enjoyable.

The Baird Mansion was built in 1885 and has been decorated with period pieces while being updated with modern comforts. The Magnolia Room is the home's master bedroom and is still the home's largest. It has an entrance foyer and a private bath. It is surrounded by windows and has a fireplace. Breakfast is not a part of your stay. We are licensed, inspected and in complete compliance with all life safety codes.

The Gardenia Room invites you to sit & read a book in the bay windows, overlooking the tranquil gardens below. Step outside the 1885 mansion to roam the gardens or to the easily accessible downtown area & Depot Park. Breakfast is not a part of your stay. Jasmine is the 1st floor room in our inn. This room was the original library & still shows that 1885 charm. There is an antique queen bed with love seat and TV/DVD player.
