Close to many local amenities and close to the historic town of Epworth, Birthplace of John & Charles Wesley. We are a twenty minute journey from Robin Hood Airport and 15 minutes from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, a must visit for Adults & children. Nearby leisure activities include many well established and renowned fishing lake complexes.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Couple’s retreat with hot tub

This romantic place to stay offers a history all of its own. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Heapham, the windmill barns were sympathetically converted by the owners in 2020. Take advantage and have a look inside the magnificent 1876 windmill during your stay which was restored in 1996. Nearby Gainsborough offers plenty of shops, cafes and eateries. Enjoy a walk around Lincoln Cathedral and Castle being only 15 miles away. After exploring enjoy a peaceful soak in the hot tub.

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.
