Every thing was nice but they are in hurry to push you out. At 11am. The care taker started calling at 11am. Constantly. To vacate the room which was little upsetting. Also the place is beautiful location but. The approach of the caretaker was not great Very dry and no smile on face .

Laxman was incredibly welcoming and helpful. As soon as we were near he came down the hill to pick up our bags. The room is gorgeous and the location peaceful and away from crowds. A very local experience. Laxman couldn’t do enough for us and his family are delightful. Highly recommended.

Shantideva Ashram es un excelente lugar para quedarte, si quieres escapar del ruido y caos que rodean el MahaBodhi Está a unos 1.7km a pie o en ricksho, que puedes conseguir en la esquina, por 50 rupias, son 6 o 7 minutos La habitación es amplia, con baño propio, todo funciona perfecto La cama es firme, pero dormimos bien El ventilador funciona bien, pero es abril y ya está bastante caliente, recurrimos a un ventilador pequeño de mesa y eso ayudó bastante. El desayuno, con mucha fruta (buenísimo), huevo, café, pan. Y Pappu súper disponible para abrir la puerta a las 5am en que salíamos y servir el desayuno a nuestro regreso En suma, nos quedamos 6 días y nos hubieran encantado quedarnos más Cuando vuelva a Bodhgaya, me quedaré aquí, si hacen el favor de recibirnos

This Airbnb is more like a hotel rather than homestay, but it's still definitely worth the price! The staff is very professional and quick to respond, there's a small restaurant with amazing food. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for those who wish to stay near the Taj Mahal! Gaurav was also kind enough to provide us a spare room to store and luggage and freshen up after our checkout since our train was late in the evening. I'd highly recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anil and Sandhya’s place. The location was great—just a 15-minute walk from the Taj Mahal—and Anil even walked with us early in the morning to make sure we knew the way. He was incredibly helpful, giving us local recommendations and tips throughout our stay, and he was proactive in making sure we arrived smoothly. The space itself was very clean, and our room was spacious enough to spread out comfortably. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

One of the best Airbnb stays I have ever booked. The entire place created a welcome atmosphere. The staff were amazing. I recommend this for everyone looking for a place in Kathmandu.

Absolutely loved this stay in the heart of Thamel - kathmandu's trendy district. The rooms were cosy and well equipped. There is a well decor'd rooftop space that it's super chill; we spent a lot of time there. Amit, the owner, was a fun conversationalist and we thank him for hanging with us. Thanks Amit for having us at our fun hotel!

This is definitely the place to stay in Agra. The bnb was absolutely gorgeous, the food was plentiful and amazing and the hosts even organised us a takeaway breakfast for the next day as we had to leave for a very early train. It was such a shame to only have one night here because it was a stunning place to stay and felt very safe and homely. As a bonus it's only a 10 minute walk to the taj mahal :)

It is a fantastic place with very warm people. Devika Aunty is an amazing woman who has created a magical corner surrounded by hills. Her charming cottage is decorated with peach plants, blooming hydrengeas and hemmed by lovely pink climbing rose vines. Her staff is caring and take great effort to make the guests feel comfortable. Every meal we had here is a memory to cherish - from bengali luchis to pahadi rajma and ragi roti. It is a place to relax and reflect, a slice of good life that we all chase put together affectionately by the incredible Devika Aunty.

Like always Reeta is a wonderful host. The stay was very comfortable. Home made hot food was provided (of course with extra charges). Will highly recommend this riverside homestay to all guests.

Dipendra and his family were very welcoming. They were so nice to me from the beginning to the end of my stay. I was so happy that they welcome me during Covid-19 while many other places were closed and some were not willing to host guest but Dipendra and his family let me to stay there during my trip. Their place is very close to the fewa lake and good view of lake, mountain and paddy farm. Restaurant are in walking distance and they provide very delicious food too. Most of the time i ate with them as they were so friendly and helpful. WiFi was very fast and very good hot shower 🚿. Highly recommend Bishnu Homestay

We had a wonderful stay at Karan's place. It is away from the usual tourist hubs within a short driving distance to Sattal and Bhimtal and has a great view of the valley from the terrace and balcony, which are open to guests. The caretaker, Mr Saraj was very polite and attentive to all our requests and Karan kindly provided an early check in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Shashi has one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. 1) The room is spacious with a living room .There is also a small nook in the living room, with mattress and cushions on the floor. 2) The ambience of the entire place is truly a standout feature. Balcony is a great place to relax with amazing lightning, clean air and flower plants. 3) Food: You can order food using a menu which will be in the living room. Shashi is a great cook, so you can enjoy good home made food. You don't feel the need to go out for dining.. There is also a kitchen with induction and basic utensils for cooking. 4) The room ensures your privacy as it is situated on the 1st floor with a separate staircase. Lastly, Shashi is a great host. She is very warm, friendly and pro-active. Also enjoyed our time with cloud(dog). Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were just perfect – especially the beautiful rooftop seating area! ☕️🌸 Location-wise, it couldn't be better: - Garden of Dreams– just a 5-minute walk! 🌺 - Durbar Square– a 15-minute walk through colorful streets and local markets! ⛩️ - Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)– a short 10-minute taxi ride! 🐒 - Pashupatinath Temple– about 20 minutes by taxi! - Boudhanath Stupa – a scenic 25-minute drive! 🛕 - Tons of amazing cafes, restaurants, and shops Getting around was super easy – taxis and bike rentals are readily available. Neeraj and his wife are extremely nice and well mannered people. Neeraj is a well deserved superhost and he is always ready with a smile to help. Extremely clean place and has all the amenities required. I would always prefer this place. Kudos to them.....

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Nepal. You walk down a path from the busy street and land in this oasis. A true secret garden on the lake, with birdsong everywhere. It's so welcoming. Miranda is kind and helpful and made me feel so at home. I woke up early to sit on the balcony, listen to the birds, hang with their friendly cat, and watch the light hit the mountains and lake. There's plenty of privacy. You can feel your heart slow down in this place. Also.. even if you don't stay here overnight, visit The Secret Garden. The hummus and vegetables... delicious. The ginger chocolate chip cookies are too good. I drank tea for hours here under the trees. They have a quiz night, which seems to draw all the eclectic, creative folks making lives in Pohkara. The room was spotless, including the bathroom. Everything clean and tidy, with plenty of offers of help, if you need anything. Miranda has built this hideaway with such care and love.

This experience at Ashok Lall's house has been my best so far... an architect's house so well thaught that, apart from the great decoration, furniture, everything personal of high and subtle taste, every detail - that you slowly discover while living the place - perfectly fits and reflect the landscape : only the last day of the full week I spent there did I discover that the sunset reflected in the window miror of the bathroom, or that the garden transat's shape reproduced the curves of the hills visible on top... Perfect place to rest and feel at home, read, write, walking distance from the lake (a good physical condition needed) and other forest experiences. Rohit cooks delicious food, takes you places on his bike or by foot, or by boat... wild animals spotted... Will definitely come back with all my family.
