Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
