A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

Ouvrez la porte du gîte, vous prenez soit la clé des champs sur votre gauche soit la direction de la forêt de Fontainebleau sur votre droite le tout à pieds. Si vous hésitez, prenez le temps de méditer sous le marronnier centenaire, véritable maître des lieux et point central de la vaste cour.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !
