40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Enjoy views of red rock cliffs and the Sevier River from your hilltop private yurt. Ten minutes to Red Canyon and Scenic Byway 12, 25 min to Bryce Canyon, 45 min to Kodachrome Basin, 1 hr to Zion. The Barn is a great place to stay in Escalante. This is an original hay barn that has completely refurbished into a charming country cabin It is rough and rustic on the outside and super charming on the inside . Located right in town we are only three blocks from the main street.
