Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa. The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
