Set in its own grounds, this chalet is part of a group of beach houses, a stones throw from the sea. Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

A delightful two bedroom Grade 2 listed cottage built in 1786 for the Gatehouse Cotton Mill workers. The town offers the Mill on the Fleet, a visitor centre in the former bobbin mill, telling the tale of Gatehouse's cotton spinning days. The Solway coast is easily accessible by car or bike and has wonderful secret beaches sandy coves to explore.
