We stayed in unit 7. Our stay at Roger’s place was good. We were there for a little under two months. Initially the unit stunk of cigarette smell, but we aired the unit out and used candles to mask it. The dryer didnt work initially, but Roger replaced it very quickly. Any issues were addressed fast by him and he even accommodated us by putting a AC unit in the second bedroom (we didnt know there wasnt one there). The unit itself is old, with old appliances (washer and dryer are new), but everything was functional and we had no issues during our stay (other than what was mentioned). The utensils were a bit sparse, but i brought my own pans, dishes, utensils, and containers. Fridge/freezer were clean, medium sized and fully functional. Bathroom was clean too with enough towels for me and my buddy. Neighbors were nice, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend staying here if you want to save some money, while also knowing the host has good intentions to make sure youre okay

The place is perfect for families and bigger families since there is 4 unit all in one house we rented two units the peidmont and tuscany and it was a great stay. I wish I had known they two other rental space within the house so my other family member could have stayed there too. But overall it was a great stay for the family. But I hope there is a AC unit on the lower bedroom in Piedmont since sometimes it gets hot in there.

A wonderful space perfect for a larger group on a trip. Quick access to many restaurants, stores, and local attractions.

We were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway and that is what we got! The place was clean and felt like home. Had a great view of the lake and sunset. Would definitely recommend!

We were there during a snow storm, and it was very cozy and warm.

The place was absolutely amazing so spotless and so nice. Definitely will try to stay there next time we go on a girls weekend. We had a rainy weekend so we didn’t really get to do much out on the town, but it was so nice to just come back and relax, and the place was so amazing would definitely stay there Again.

Dry nice place to stay at. Lots of communication that made check in easy. Quit place with great views to watch all the wildlife. Having morning coffee watching the birds and squirrels was relaxing. The place itself had everything you need for your stay. We would not hesitate staying here again if up in the area. There are also lots of things to do including wineries, the lake and plenty of hiking opportunities. This is a little gem on the Grand River.

The place was a great location in that it was a short walk to the center of Middlefield. I grew up there, so it was nice to be able to walk around the town. Rick’s place was clean and had everything I needed (coffee, couch, comfy bed, clean bathroom/shower). For those who have difficulty walking stairs, it’s important to note that you must walk up about 30 steps to get to the apartment. This was not an issue for me, but some might have difficulty with it.

This was our second time back at The Mill House. This beautiful historic building is just steps away from downtown Chagrin Falls. Joshua has not missed a detail in this 2 bed apartment. Everything is pristine, it has an old world feel with a mix of modern amenities. The decor is simple elegance with an earthy feel that wraps you in a hug. Parking is great due to the large parking lot behind the building and convenient location for all things on the East side of Cleveland. We will be back next year if not sooner!

Very nice place and great people to deal with. Never had any issues whatsoever and even if I did they responded quickly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Very nice place to stay

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 days, we had an amazing time!! Very clean, private, and a beautiful sight. They were very responsive and helpful with everything. We will definitely be back!!!
