The rooms are spacious and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom each and a large sofa that accommodates up to 2 guests. Still in the room there are bed linen, kitchenware, room with washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs, fireplace and internet for an even more comfortable stay. Villa also has a large outdoor area with wood oven, barbecue and sun loungers. The view from the balconies of the house is unique, as one can see the mountains, the Paleochora and the Libyan Sea. Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total.
