Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Splashy Fen Cottage is a secluded thatched property on Splashy Fen Farm, home to the famous music festival. If you’re looking for peace and solitude with spectacular views of the Drakensburg mountains, lovely spots for swimming and tubing and fantastic hiking and birding, this is the place! The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus an additional 4 people on a mezzanine which has 3 further beds and a pull out mattress. Guests have exclusive use of the property. Inkunzi Cave - A Unique African experience.

Situated in one of the safest, crime-free areas of SA, with tar roads all the way, is INKUNZI CAVE. A totally unique, owner built unit with a Bushman theme. 1 bedroom only with double bed. Single bed in lounge . An amazing "rock" bath and separate shower. Overlooks a beautiful rock pool. Very private. 2 other cheaper units on the property are listed separately: THE ZULU HUT, and DIDDLY SQUAT. All have stunning mountain views, are comfortable and fully equipped for self catering.

The Aloe house is a completely solar powered house which will not be affected by the load shedding whatsoever. You have a spectacular view of the Malungane mountain from every room of the house with its ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. their is a large fire place in the main living room to make fires during those crisp winter nights. in winter the cows calve right outside the house which can be a great insight into the farm life. sunsets over the entire Drakensberg range.

Hamstead Farm eco-friendly Cottage

Hamstead Farm Cottage is a unique, cosy, two-bedroom solar and wind-powered 80 sq m split-level eco-friendly guest house set in the grounds of the main dwelling on a small farm. There are spectacular mountain views of the Southern Drakensberg with a small stock-watering dam close by. Children can play safely in an adjoining fenced, grassed area. This is a quiet and tranquil get-away where individuals, groups and families of all backgrounds and persuasions are welcomed.

Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.

Gumtree Cottage

Kamberg Cottages is set in an agricultural area of Kamberg Valley. Couples & small families love to escape here to re-connect/re-set, to soak up the mountain views, open space, bonfires etc. or to explore the 3 well loved nature reserves. Secure, surrounded by timber and farmlands you'll find our compact cottage. Wide open spaces, a small dam with kyaks & tubes, peaceful simplicity awaits. A perfect unpretentious country hideaway!

Yellowwoods Farm - POOL COTTAGE (self-catering)

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowoods! The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a working farm, so there will be ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on! Cottage has braai facilities, WiFi and DSTV.
