Located on a very steep 3/4 acre property, you will be surrounded by nature. Deer, birds and the occasional black bear will delight you if you are quiet and patient. Just a four minute walk to Hopkins Landing, where a dock and sandy beach await. It’s the perfect place for kids of all ages (and their dog!), to play or just relax!

Bed and Beachcomber is a 600sf industrial loft studio suite perched above Beachcomber Coffee in the heart of Gibsons Landing on the Sunshine Coast, BC. The space boasts 10' ceilings with a private deck and partial mountain/ocean views. The suite is walking distance to everything in Lower GIbsons. Bed & Beachcomber was renovated including all new everything in August 2019. Note: the coffee shops opens at 7am below but staff are there earlier to open up shop and music might be on below before 7!

Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Use the well equipped kitchen to make a gourmet dish. The possibilities are endless on the Sunshine Coast! Please note: the Pool is closed from October until May. The Gym is closed .
