Central location, easy to walk everywhere. It was quiet for us, but restaurants were mostly closed for the season at the time of our visit. Has what you need in the kitchen, nice and new. The apartment has nice light and is very comfortable. They helped us with parking location and sent directions.

Lovely apartment located within an easy walk to the town centre. The pool is nice but smaller than suggested in the photos. Would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Tropea.

l'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle dichiarazioni di Alessandro,è in zona tranquilla appena fuori città. Manca il marciapiedi per circa 500 metri per chi volesse passeggiare ma a 2 minuti di auto c'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito del supermercato per cui si può lasciare l'auto e continuare a piedi fino al centro storico. Alessandro è cortese e disponibile sempre . Spero di ritornarci.

You were so helpful from beginning to end and have a beautiful apartment in such an amazing spot! Could not have picked a better place to spend time in Tropea - we will definitely be back! For anyone looking for a stay in the heart of Tropea this is the place; the apartment was very spacious and would definitely be comfortable for an even longer stay as it is extremely well appointed. Tiziana and her family also make themselves very accessible for any questions about the apartment, the location, and even just for a friendly conversation in their gelateria. Una delle più belle vacanze che abbia fatto. La Calabria, o meglio la Costa degli Dei, è spettacolare, soprattutto per una come me, che ama il mare e gli scogli. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, è al terzo piano, ma è molto grande ed ha una terrazza con vista sul mare che da sola vale il prezzo. L'abitazione poi ha tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. A Briatico di per sè non c'è nulla; forse ad Agosto sarebbe stata un pò più "movimentata", ma a noi è piaciuta così "fuori dal mondo" e tranquilla. Tanto poi con la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. L'unica pecca è l'odore di fogna che ogni tanto si sente, ma è un qualcosa che ho visto essere presente un pò dappertutto, anche in alcune spiagge. Che dire, sicuramente tornerò in Calabria, perchè mi è rimasta nel cuore!! Grazie Roger e Alexandre :-)

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

It was perfect, authentic italian household, very comfortable and greatly located. Antonio has been very helpful and nice. We would come back to this place, it is worth it. Thanks for everything.

We spent a few wonderful days at Nicole and Filip‘s apartment. The terrace is so spectacular that we wanted to spend all our time outside, even though the inside area is wonderful too (kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom) and equipped with everything one needs. Nicole is very very friendly and accomodating.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Agréable séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir le sud de la Calabre. Andréa est réactif en cas de besoin et nous a donné des informations touristiques sur la région. Un grand merci pour les produitsocaux offerts : huile, œufs, miel et fruits...

Alberto is a terrific host! He provided detailed information with pictures which helped us locate parking and the apartment. Plus, he provided booklets on Milazzo’s history and things to see and do while visiting. Very helpful! Alberto met us upon arrival to walk us through the apartment. He made us feel so comfortable and was such a delight to speak with. The apartment was perfect. The location is a 10 minute walk to the castle, 10 minute walk to ferry, 5 minute walk to the grocery store, an excellent bakery and fruit market. The view from the front room window is amazing as you watch the sunrise and harbor boat traffic. We could have stayed longer and been very happy. You will not be disappointed. Alberto and his wife provide a wonderful apartment filled with amenities and special touches that make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Piccola abitazione ben arredata e fornita di quasi tutto il necessario per un breve alloggio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare di Roccella a piedi. Host molto gentile e reattivo nella risposta.

Casa in posizione perfetta per visitare i dintorni Tropea, Parghelia, Ricadi... E poi vicina a spiagge stupende raggiungibili a piedi in 10-15 minuti. La Sig. Ra Rosy in loco è stata disponibile e molto gentile, la comunicazione con Alex perfetta. Purtroppo considerato il caldo la terrazza al piano superiore non è stata molto sfruttabile e non è comodissimo l'accesso viste le scale interne. Tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto comodo avere un servizio per piano. Siamo stati bene!

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Lovely Apartment, great view from the balcony where we spent really nice dinner, and Gabriele and Martina are really nice guest. If you have to came in Messina, I recommend this place, situated in a lucky place and really cosy furnished. Thanks Gab and Marti, we hope we'll see soon! Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Bellissima casa, pulita e ordinata. Self check-in e self checkout molto molto comodi, noi siamo arrivati di notte e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Zona molto tranquilla.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Ottimo alloggio, moderno, ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Il clima funziona alla perfezione e l'appartamento è fornito di quasi tutte le comodità. L'host è stato molto ospitale ed attento nelle comunicazioni. Unica piccola critica: ogni tanto l'acqua calda funzionava in maniera intermittente. Tuttavia, posso dire che siamo stati benissimo e, nel complesso, è stata una permanenza eccellente. Super consigliato.

L' appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ci sono tutti i comfort. È di recente costruzione e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e corrispondente all' annuncio. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno per colazioni e pranzi con il sottofondo delle onde e le operazioni di disbrigo. A pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il centro di Pizzo oppure vari ristoranti e supermercati. Un ringraziamento particolare a Denis: attento, presente ma mai invasivo. Apprezzato la flessibilità di orario per le procedure di check in e check out, per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Sono stato due settimane con famiglia (con due bambini piccoli). Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa. Super consigliato
